  • Affirmation Statement agreement and fees must be received by January 23, 2020 at 7:00 PM
  • We reserve the right to drop registrations not received by January 23, 2020 at 7:00 PM

Things You Need to Know

  • On-line registration does not complete the registration process. Registrations are not complete until you click the "Agree" button below the Affirmation Statement and fee payments are received.
  • If, due to extenuating circumstances, fees cannot be submitted on time, a request for extension may be submitted to the Tournament Director. This request must be submitted by e-mail prior to the registration close date (January 21, 2019). Carole Cyrus, Tournament Director for this tournament, can be reached at CaroleCyrusCSDC@aol.com.
  • Fees for events that are dropped after registrations are closed are still due and payable; they are not eligible for refund.

Fee Payment Instructions:

  1. Fee payments are now to be made through the secure, on-line payment service PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay your tournament fee. You may pay using MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover cards. If you do not want to use a PayPal account to pay but have had one in the past, use a different email address than the old account or PayPal will not let you pay with a credit card.
  2. Using the printout you made from the Joy of Tournaments tournament registration site (from the "Fees" tab), enter the payment amount in the "Fee Amount Total" field below.
  3. Enter the first and last names of the parents in the "Parent Name" fields.
  4. Enter the name(s) of the student(s) competing in the tournament.
  5. Read the Affirmation Statement below and if you agree with its contents, go to step 6.
  6. When ready to make a PayPal payment, click the "Agree" button at the bottom of this page. The CCO "PayPal Fee Payment Page" will appear. Read the instructions on that page and then click the "Pay Now" button to be taken to PayPal.
